INTEGRATIVE HEALING SERVICES:
Five-Element Acupuncture ~ When the elements within us are in relative harmony, we can relax and live from our true nature. The creative life force can then move more freely through your body and your life. Each person is born into this world with a particular elemental nature that predominates. Each element relates to an acupuncture meridian and organ system. My goal in the diagnostic session is to discern which element and meridian you are most connected to, on a root constitutional level. This shows where your core challenges tend to arise from, as well as what some of your unique gifts are as well. This style of acupuncture addresses and treats root constitutional imbalances, which balances your body, mind and emotions, helps transform disease patterns, as well as nurtures your unique gifts within.
Massage ~ I integrate techniques from Swedish, deep tissue, hot stones, and foot reflexology, as well as work with opening up the flow of energies through the acupuncture points and meridians, with my hands, rather than needles. I find adding hot stones to the massage really helps melt the tension and takes the relaxation to a whole other level.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy ~ Be compassionately supported to embody your true nature! This extremely relaxing, subtle yet powerful bodywork nurtures loving presence, grounding, core centering, and flow of the “Breath of Life” – the innate creative and healing intelligence within you. My awareness of your “Breath of Life” catalyzes its potency to mobilize and nourish energy, body fluids, cells, structures, tissues, and transform tension and trauma through your whole being! See more on my page Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.
Remote Healing ~ Are you: *stressed *overwhelmed *exhausted *in pain…? Are you open to support in accessing: *deep internal resources *rest *resilient strength to carry on…?
It’s amazing how remote healing can work. Everything is created from energy and consciousness. Everything is also connected in a field of consciousness as One Spirit. It is only ones’ mind that creates the sense of separation. In a state of meditation, I tune in energetically and intuitively to the person or animal I’m working with. I imagine myself putting my hands on whatever part of their body that I feel called to. I see and feel their deep abiding health of the “Breath of Life” flowing through their core, as well as whatever else is in highest good to be addressed in the moment. I essentially attune to the same energies I work with in a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy session, (please read that description), yet it is not craniosacral therapy because it’s not hands on.
